Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered orders, a free reshipment will be arranged if you send a photo of the faulty or damaged product and/or the damaged outer packaging.

Since products are manufactured to order, cancellation without reason is not possible.
